Flu Vaccine Blitz

The University will offer free flu vaccines to students starting with the annual Flu Blitz today, Sept. 20, and tomorrow, Sept. 21. Register to receive your free flu vaccination HERE. Appointments are still available on a limited basis and are required.

Similar to recent years, all students – undergraduate, graduate, and professional – are required to receive the seasonal flu vaccine this fall to minimize the spread of respiratory-based illnesses in our campus community. Learn more here

FALL FESTIVAL
Friday, Sept. 23, 9 p.m. - 12 a.m., Library Lawn
Come one, come all to this year's Fall Festival! Enjoy a night of inflatables, giveaways, music, and more. Food will include Mission BBQ and funnel cakes. Don't forget to stop by the Library Lawn pumpkin patch and sign up for the cornhole tournament here.

Want to get involved on-campus and love soccer? Become an official with RecSports! Attend our indoor soccer officials clinic to begin your training and learn more about the sport. All experience levels are welcome.

CLIMBING & BOULDERING WALL BELAY CLINIC
Wednesday, Sept. 21 and Thursday, Sept. 29, 5:30-7:30 p.m., RecSports Climbing & Bouldering Wall
Learn the basics of how to climb safely at the Climbing & Bouldering Wall. Content includes using equipment, tying knots, top rope climbing, belaying, communication, lowering, basic movement techniques, and our facility policies. Save your spot at recregister.nd.edu.

ASIAN STUDENT MINISTRY - LIVING OUT THE FAITH

CONNECT RETREAT
Friday, Sept. 30, 5 p.m. - Saturday, Oct. 1, 6:30 p.m.
The Connect Retreat is a 24-hour retreat for all first-year students to make friends and find a home in the Notre Dame community. This retreat exists to welcome incoming students, foster meaningful friendships, and offer a clear invitation to connect with both God and your peers. It is a space where all spiritual journeys, faith traditions, and questions are welcome. This exciting retreat is where your Notre Dame experience will begin to truly deepen! VOLUNTEER AS A TOUR GUIDE AT THE BASILICA 
The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is seeking student volunteers to serve as tour guides. You’ll immerse yourself in the history of Notre Dame while guiding pilgrims and guests to a deeper appreciation for the Basilica. Weekday and Sunday hours are available. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact Katie Pelster at kpelster@nd.edu.

If you are still thinking about becoming Catholic or getting confirmed at Notre Dame this year, it's not too late! Simply complete our Participant Information Form as soon as possible, and we will schedule time for an intake conversation with you. McDonald for Student Well-Being (McWell)

INNER RESOURCES ROOM LIMITED OPENING
McWell is adding the Inner Resources Room to its list of restorative spaces. With a focus on relaxation and biofeedback, the Inner Resources Room gives students a place to check on and improve the effectiveness of relaxation techniques. As of today, the room will have the Massage Chair, Bright Light Therapy Lamp, and a Resperate Guided Breathing system. Over the school year, this room will grow with more activities to aid in enriching relaxation development. Students can reserve the space for an hour at a time on McWell’s website. The Inner Resources Room will be available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
