Looking to finish the semester strong? Register once for a spot in a class for the remainder of the semester (now through Dec. 7) via the Semester Registration schedule. EMOTIONAL REGULATION SKILLS GROUP

Do you feel overwhelmed by emotions and feelings? Do you have a hard time sitting with uncomfortable emotions or distress? Join the Emotional Regulation Skills Group to learn more about how to manage emotions in a way that allows you to problem-solve, feel in control, and communicate effectively. If you are interested in joining this group and are new to the UCC, call 574-631-7336. If you are a current client at the UCC, please talk to your counselor about being referred to this group. Sign up by this Wednesday, Nov. 3.  

TIMELYCARE: 24/7 ACCESS TO TELEHEALTH CARE
In addition to the UCC, TimelyCare (formerly Fighting Irish Care) provides 24/7 access to mental and medical telehealth care across the United States, with no cost at the time of your visit. Whether you're feeling sick or overwhelmed, students can talk to a licensed provider from their smartphone or any web-enabled device. Licensed providers are available to diagnose non-emergent medical conditions, prescribe medications, and offer mental health support and wellness coaching via phone or secure video visits. Join the GRC, Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS), the Office of Student Enrichment, and Graduate Student Life to share a meal and celebrate the importance of family and friendship with guest speaker Dr. Megan Zwart, Associate Professor of Philosophy and creator of the The Dialogue and Civil Discourse Project at Saint Mary's College. Dr. Zwart will give a short talk on navigating difficult conversations with family and friends over the holidays. A free taco bar will also be available from Puerto Vallarta. MCWELL SLEEP CHALLENGE
To focus on healthy sleep habits, McWell invites students to join the Sleep Challenge now through Sunday, Nov. 7.  To join, text “@SleepWk21” to 81010 and you will receive texts that will encourage you to check in about your sleep. DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS - TONIGHT! 
Join Campus Ministry and MSPS in a celebration of life! Día de los Muertos is rooted in indigenous traditions that celebrate the life and memory of the deceased. On this day, family and friends unite in prayer and celebration to commemorate the life of their loved ones.

The celebration begins tonight at 7:30 p.m. with a procession from Cedar Grove Cemetery on Notre Dame Avenue to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart for an 8 p.m. prayer service where Becky Ruvalcaba will preside and preach. MONTHLY GRIEF MINISTRY DROP-IN

If your journey involves grieving the loss of a loved one, we invite you to join together for a space of prayer and reflection. We'll talk a little about the process of grief as well as talk about things that might help you along the way. November's meeting will take place this Wednesday.

API STUDENT MINISTRY: LIGHT YOUR FAITH ON FIRE

All are invited to join the Asian Pacific Islander Student Ministry this Thursday for the Light Your Faith on Fire event. BLACK AND CATHOLIC AT NOTRE DAME

Campus Ministry is excited to celebrate Black Catholic History Month and welcome G. Marcus Cole, the Joseph A. BLACK ECUMENICAL PRAYER SERVICE

Campus Ministry invites all to attend a Black Ecumenical Prayer Service next Thursday. This prayer service will include scripture, music, and a brief student reflection. Cleveland Sellers IV, a first year student and member of the Men’s Soccer team, will speak about his relationship with God and where God fits into his life. Emorja Roberson, doctoral student in the Sacred Music Program, will lead the music. A reception will follow.

INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL SERVICES ROLES (FIRST YEARS)

A discussion of the various roles in Financial Services, including investment banking, asset management, sales and trading, private wealth, corporate banking, private equity, and venture capital. Staff will also discuss qualifications and skills needed, workplace environment, competitive nature of roles, recruiting timeline, and tips for success. Register here.

This session will help you confidently talk about your skills and experiences in a way that clearly shows the relationship to the opportunity you are pursuing. Staff will provide a strategy through which you can analyze your skills and translate them into tailored bullet points and statements for resumes, cover letters, and interviews for specific recipients, employers, and opportunities.
