Join the University Counseling Center (UCC) for a virtual skill-building workshop series aimed at improving your body image. This workshop series is appropriate for students struggling with negative body image who want to improve the way they perceive their physical selves. The workshop series consists of 5 sessions and each session builds on the information from the previous session. Each session will last 1 hour and begins at 6 p.m.
Session 1: Monday, Oct.5: Defining Body Image & Developing Body Tolerance
Session 2: Monday, Oct.12: Working on Compulsive Behaviors and Avoidance
Session 3: Monday, Oct. 19: Body Scan
Session 4: Monday, Oct. 26: Working on Body Acceptance
Session 5: Monday, Nov. 2: Body Compassion
