Join the University Counseling Center (UCC) and Dr. Josephine Dickinson for this 2-part workshop where you will be introduced to basic communication and assertiveness skills as well as boundary setting strategies that will help you manage your relationships more effectively so you can feel happier and healthier with the important people in your life.
