The Moreau Program

A partnership between the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of Undergraduate Education, the Moreau Program offers an anchor in the Core curriculum of Notre Dame's unsurpassed undergraduate education that nurtures the formation of mind, body, and spirit through curricular and co-curricular experiences.

The Moreau Program is distinctive across higher education as few, if any, institutions offer credit-bearing common courses that are:

• Required of all undergraduate students
• Animated from origins in the Congregation of Holy Cross
• Intellectually informed by perennial texts
• Focused on the study and practice of living well
• Taught by Notre Dame faculty and staff
• Integrated with co-curricular learning experiences
