MSPS MULTICULTURAL KICK-OFF CELEBRATION

The annual MSPS Multicultural Kick-off Celebration provides an opportunity for students to connect with one another, engage with student clubs and campus resources, enjoy good food, and engage in fun activities to start the year off right. 

Student Health and Wellness

STUDENT HEALTH AND WELLNESS OPEN HOUSE
Wednesday, September 4, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., St. Liam Hall and 228 Coleman-Morse Center

Stop by St. Liam Hall and the Coleman-Morse Center to tour and become acclimated with Student Health and Wellness at Notre Dame. Get to know staff from the University Counseling Center (UCC), University Health Services (UHS), the McDonald Center for Student Well-Being, and the Center for Student Support and Care. Franky’s Tacos, raffle tickets and prizes, and self-guided tours will be available. Be sure and leave your mark at Notre Dame by contributing to a mural painting in the lobby of the Center for Student Support and Care in 228 CoMo.

EXALT PRAISE AND WORSHIP ADORATION
Friday, September 6, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m., Alumni Hall Chapel of St. Charles Borromeo

EXALT returns for its first monthly Praise and Worship Adoration night of the semester this Friday. The evening will feature a brief reflection from Alumni Hall Rector, Br. Dennis Gunn, CFC; Adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament; worship led by Totus Tuus; Confessions; and prayer teams. An ice cream social will follow. McDonald Center for Student Well-Being (McWell)

SOBER TAILGATE

Join ZeroProof and the McDonald Center for our first sober tailgate of the academic year. Enjoy all of the best yard games, Missions BBQ, fun drinks, and community without the presence of alcohol. All sober students, students in recovery, and sober-curious students are welcome to attend.

ProjectConnect small groups make it easy to make new friends on campus. Throughout the 2024-25 academic year, these small groups will host five hangout sessions and a closing celebration. Groups are starting soon. Click here to sign up.

SLEEP FOR SUCCESS
Start the year off right by establishing healthy sleep habits with Dreaming Domers. Sign up and receive an email every Sunday for four weeks that provide tips for successful sleep. You will also receive a sleep kit that can be picked up at the McDonald Center, complete with an eye mask, lavender spray, ear plugs, and sleepy time tea. Sunday evening emails will offer tips from Dr. Jessica Payne, a renowned sleep research and professor at Notre Dame.

Kick of the fall semester with the biggest recruiting event of the year. RecSports

DOMER RUN 2024

RecSports' annual Domer Run will be held the first Saturday in October, and registration is now open. Make sure to reserve your spot at the starting line by Friday, September 20, at noon.

Presidential Inauguration Events

INAUGURATION MASS
Friday, September 13, 10:00 a.m.

All are welcome to celebrate Mass, but please note that seating in the Basilica is reserved. Open seating in a covered area on Bond Quad will be available to all members of the Notre Dame community. The Mass will also be live streamed from nd.edu.

INAUGURATION STUDENT RALLY AND WALKOVER
Friday, September 13, 1:00 – 2:15 p.m., DeBartolo Quad

All students are invited to stop by DeBartolo Quad for an ice cream social with music DJ’d by Assistant Vice President for Campus Ministry, Fr. Pete McCormick, C.S.C., prior to the formal Convocation. At 2:15 p.m., join the student procession into Purcell Pavilion for Fr. Dowd’s Inauguration Ceremony. Wear clothing representing your residence halls, clubs, colleges, schools, and departments.

All undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, and spouses are invited to this celebratory event to close out the Inauguration festivities. A Notre Dame student ID (or corresponding spouse ID) will be required for entrance. Recommended attire is "dress to impress!"
