All services are confidential and free of charge. Get started with most UCC services by coming in for a Drop-in appointment during Drop-in hours.

INNSIGHTFUL
This fall, the UCC will offer the semester-long Innsightful Emotional Wellness Program to interested graduate and professional students. This virtual, 12-week program helps students to learn skills to better manage their emotions and improve their well-being, and utilizes support groups, just-in-time content, and wellness coaches to provide the support and guidance students need to cope with ongoing personal and school-related stress and anxiety. Notre Dame graduate and professional students who have participated in the program have reported feeling supported, understood, and noted reduced feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Interested students can sign up to participate directly on the Innsightful website using their Notre Dame email address and the coupon code “FreeNotreDame.” Innsightful will form small support groups based on the availability students provide at registration. For more information, please contact the UCC at 574-631-7336.

GROUP COUNSELING SERVICES
Group counseling enables students to learn about themselves and develop new ways of managing concerns and relating to others. Students interested in participating in a counseling group are encouraged to call the UCC and set up a group information session with the assigned facilitator. Students may also come in during Drop-in hours to discuss group counseling options and learn what group experience may best fit their needs. Click here to find current support groups.

WORKSHOPS AND SUPPORT SPACES
Facilitated workshops are opportunities for students to identify coping strategies and find new resources to address a specific topic. All students are welcome to attend workshops and support spaces without needing to use any other UCC service including Drop-in appointments. Locations for workshops and support spaces vary. Click here for upcoming workshops and support spaces.
