TBC is a fast-paced, and challenging workout, incorporating different types of equipment such as the BOSU, adjustable step, hand weights, bands and more! Abdominal work and stretching follows the cardio/strength segment of the class. Bursts of plyometric and strength training components makes this class a total body workout session!
No registration required, but please arrive early to reserve your spot. Open to students, faculty, staff, spouses, and retirees.
