MEN TALKING: BUILDING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES IN MALE DORMS
Tuesday, April 30, 5:45 - 7 p.m., Duncan Student Center, Room 246

Building off the success of our first "Men Talking" dialogue in February, grab some Franky's Tacos and listen to Fr. Pete McCormick, C.S.C. (Assistant Vice President for Campus Ministry and former rector of Keough Hall), Rev. Eric Schimmel, C.S.C. (current rector of Dunne Hall), and Dan Driscoll (current rector of Sorin Hall) discuss how to build healthy communities in men’s residence halls and across campus.

LGBTQ RECOGNITION CEREMONY
Saturday, May 18, 10 a.m., Carey Auditorium

Celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating LGBTQ and allied students. Both undergraduate and graduate students and their families are invited to attend this event and receive a certificate and rainbow stole or blanket. Those who cannot attend can also sign up to receive a rainbow stole or blanket. Please register by Friday, May 3. For more information, please email Dominic Sanfilippo.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the Student Health and Wellness Unit wants to remind you to be sure and set aside time to take care of yourself and your well-being. Whether it’s watching your favorite TV show, enjoying a meal with friends, taking a walk, reading a book, or speaking with a TimelyCare provider, do the things that help you thrive. Join McWell this evening for the last Knit and Stitch of the semester! Although we have limited supplies available, we encourage you to B.Y.O. yarn and supplies. All experience levels are welcome. Drop by for tea, conversation, community, and the opportunity to learn and practice fiber arts.

University Health Services (UHS)

DON’T FORGET YOUR MEDICATIONS
Summer is quickly approaching! If you are enrolled in the University-sponsored student health insurance plan, you are able to receive a three-month supply of your medications to cover you over summer break. Don’t forget to stop by our pharmacy in Saint Liam Hall to fill your prescriptions before the end of the spring semester. 

Graduate Student Life

JOIN THE GRADUATE ORIENTATION TEAM
The Graduate Orientation (GO) Team is a group of graduate student volunteers who help design, plan, and implement Graduate Orientation for new students every August. The GO Team meets a few times throughout the summer (with meals!) for training, team building, and planning. While our biggest goal is to give the very best Notre Dame welcome to the newest members of our community, we also want to make sure that our GO Team has a chance to grow professionally and personally through their involvement. Please complete this form to get more information and to indicate your interest in helping welcome our new graduate colleagues! The application deadline is Sunday, May 5.

GRADUATE STUDENT MASS AND BLESSING
Friday, May 17, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Basilica of the Sacred Heart
All masters and doctoral students graduating in May, along with family, friends, and faculty, are invited to join the Graduate School, Campus Ministry, and Graduate Student Life for a Mass in celebration of their success. Mass will include a special blessing for our graduates as they prepare to journey forth. All people of all faith traditions are welcome. Fr. Gerry Olinger, C.S.C., Vice President for Student Affairs, will preside.
