Virtual Support, Resources, and Programming

Health and Wellness Resources

University Health Services (UHS)
UHS will maintain regular operating hours for local students as the University moves to online learning. All students can call UHS for consultation 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 574-631-7497.

The University Counseling Center (UCC)
The UCC will remain open for local students for walk-in crisis care during regular business hours. All students can call the UCC helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week to reach a counselor at 574-631-TALK (8255).

Care and Wellness Consultants 
The Care and Wellness Consultants within the Center for Student Support and Care are also available to support students in need. Students who do not already work with a Care and Wellness Consultant and would like assistance connecting to resources should contact 574-631-7833.

The McDonald Center for Student Well-Being (McWell)
McWell has a wealth of online resources to support Emotional Well-Being in areas such as stress-management, resilience, and self-compassion. Additional information regarding ongoing McWell services can be found online here

RecSports

Faith Resources

Campus Ministry
Beginning March 23, a Campus Minister will be available for Need to Talk, Monday through Friday, from 12 to 5 p.m. (EST) to engage in conversations with students. To speak with a Campus Minister during this time, please call 574-631-8508, or schedule a virtual appointment here. This connection can take place by phone or Zoom. Basilica Mass
With the suspension of Mass in the Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend and elsewhere, Mass will now be live streamed from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday.

Career Development

The Meruelo Family Center for Career Development
The Center for Career Development will remain open to virtually serve students and connect with employers while classes are being held online. Please email careerdevelopment@nd.edu or click here for more information on the alternative arrangements being made to ensure continuity within the Center’s services. 

Student Development

The Gender Relations Center (GRC), Multicultural Student Programs and Services (MSPS), and the Office of Student Enrichment (OSE) will operate remotely during regular business hours as classes are being held online. Staff will remain active and engaged via email and social media, and will be available to schedule virtual meetings to support and serve as resources for students.
