Kathleen Brannock, J.D.
Director of Finance and Operations
Kathleen Brannock was appointed the Director of Finance and Operations for Student Affairs in September 2021. Ms. Brannock oversees the integration of strategy and resources for the Division of Student Affairs, coordinates technology within the Division, and serves as the primary liaison with Human Resources for the Division.
Ms. Brannock came to Notre Dame from Albany, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame and her juris doctor from the Notre Dame Law School. Prior to this role, Ms. Brannock most recently served as the Assistant Director for Finance for the Division. She also served as a Director in the Office of Residential Life, Assistant DIrector of Residential Life, and as the rector of Howard Hall. Previously, she worked as Director of Residential Life at Siena College in upstate New York.
